Feeder
1. We adopt the force feeder with four attracts and four delivers, delivering paper stably and smoothly.

Paper conveying section

Delivery station
1.Fully automatic leading and assistant delivery station are easy to operate to improve the producing
    efficiency. Equipped with flexible and adjustable side blower to pile the paper from thin to thick corrugated
    orderly
2. Having 2 sets of dramatic devices with leading and assistant platform to make the continuous delivery
    paper come true when the machine non-stop running. This device have single sheet sample. You can
     check the cutting quality random.
3. Using the side delivery cardboard and front shield brush which running by air cylinder to adjust the range
     and dynamics. Various kinds of paper can pile tidy no matter running in a high speed or a slow speed.
4. The professional designed delivery station and press cardboard can compose according to difference
     multiple make up product. It will more free when cutting in a high speed. The tiny adjust of the brush can
     modulate timely, and easy to operate.
Electrical section
1. Most part of this section adopt the electrical application which import from European and Japan in order to
     improve the quality of the control. The drive speed control of the cutting section we adopt double-frequency
     device which running stable and low trouble.
2. Adopt advanced PLC Programmable Controllers system. Having simple circuit controlled program and
     easy to maintain. The electrical parts and circuitry choose the material which get to the CE standard
3. All the procedure monitor by electric eyes and equip with touch-screen user interface to provide the reason
     of the trouble and how to solve it
