4. Non-stop delivering paper device for feeder. The leading and assistant platform operate in turn to ensure
the continuing production. Not necessary stop device to improve the produce efficiency. Feeder can adjust

Waste removal unit
1. This unit adopt bulgy wheel to ensure the stable of the transmission. The waste removal stencil adopt
linear bearing sliding and the upper stencil as the same as the lower stencil. We can stop the machine
when we needn¡¯t to use the waste removal unit
2. three association moves waste removal device fit to various cutting types. Double-decked drawer type of
the upper and lower waste removal mould is easy to load and unload and regulate the waste removal tools
3. equipped with standard waste removal needle and stretchy gore pole which import from Taiwan, and make
up a perfect action of ¡°push-pull¡±. The upper frame adopt electric controlled rising device, and the middle
frame waste removal stencil is easy to modulate
4. in this unit, the waste removal action adopt pneumatic braking. We equip gripper bar with location unit.

Electrical section
1.Most part of this section adopt the electrical application which import from European and Japan in order to
improve the quality of the control. The drive speed control of the cutting section we adopt double-frequency
device which running stable and low trouble.
2. Adopt advanced PLC Programmable Controllers system. Having simple circuit controlled program and
easy to maintain. The electrical parts and circuitry choose the material which get to the CE standard
3. All the procedure monitor by electric eyes and equip with touch-screen user interface to provide the reason
