Feeder/paper conveying section

1. We adopt the force feeder with eight attracts and eight delivers. Fully
     automatic non-stop feeder and pile paper machine to improve the
     produce efficiency
2. equipped with pile paper machines and slideway. We can pile the
     paper tidy on the pile paper machine and then pull into the delivery
     section along the slideway.

Electrical section

1. Adopt advanced PLC Programmable Controllers system. Having
     simple circuit controlled program and easy to maintain. The electrical
     parts and circuitry choose the material which get to the CE standard
2. All the procedure monitor by electric eyes and equip with touch-screen
     user interface to provide the reason of the trouble and how to solve it

Special Features :
    1. The feeder is made of light weight aluminum alloy with hard coat anodizing finish and designed with ease of adjustment to suit various paper stock
    2. Gripper bars are made of light weight, low inertia, high rigidity and abrasion resistant aluminum alloy with hard coat anodizing finish. Through pre-stressing treatment, drive chain for gripper bar can ensure consistency in chain length
    3. Die Cutter has an unique safety device consists of a torque limiter that stop the gripper bars immediately and disengages the electromagnetic clutch of main motor to emergently stop the machine when an overload occurs due to machine or operator fault
    4. Single-point clutch is specifically designed to enable timely disengagement or synchronous engagement between paper feeding section and the host machine. This makes operation an easy job and enables flexible disengagement or engagement in proofing and trial pressure
    5. Servomotor is used to ensure positioning in speed and displacement. Chain drive is used to ensure pressure regulation on ball screws, thus achieving gapless axial direction and dropping process of stamping pressure
    6. Yaskawa servo motors are designed allow to set three different long pulls and short pulls. Dwell time device and automatic pressure down for miss feed
    7. Quick Loading/unloading of Foil Rolls the foil feeder seat is extractable for quick loading and unloading of foil rolls. Delivery Brush Rollers for Longitudinal Direction Foil-Brush rollers are servo motor controlled and synchronized with foil feeding rollers for best foil tension
    8. Honeycomb Chase-High heat resistance, high dimensional stability. With foil guide roller for smooth foil advance
    9. 12 area heating zones can be adjusted separately. Air blast separation device for both longitudinal and transversal foil rollers. Residual foil length alarm and foil break alarm
    10. Stamping pressure adopts electrically controlled digital display to ensure 0.01mm in precision, thus achieving high precision and easy operation. In electric control, it and adopts compact and easy-to ¨Coperate PLC system from Japanese and touch-screen user interface.
